I just love a fish curry and this version that hails from Kerala, on India’s tropical Malabar coast, is so wonderfully fragrant. In our house, we eat fish at least once or twice a week. Australia has such beautiful fresh seafood, which makes it so easy to add to your diet. This recipe makes quite a lot, so you might even have leftovers. It's a great dish to put in the middle of the table and let everyone help themselves.
